This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Afzal, who is involved in Case Crime No. 522 of 2024, under Section 318(4), 338, 356(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. Act, and 3/5A/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Sikandra, District- Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that recovery of 40 kg of beef has been allegedly made from the applicant and two co-accused, but there is no public witness of the alleged recovery. Co-accused, Gulfam, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
