Learned counsel for the applicant submits that injury report of the victim does not support the prosecution case at all. Parties reside in the same village. On account of village politics applicant has been falsely implicated. He is in jail since 27.09.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
