Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 616 of 2014, under Sections 354A, 376, 511 of I.P.C., Police Station - Nautanwan, District - Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Admittedly, the applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 07.02.2015 in the instant case u/s 147, 504, 506 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act but subsequently, sections 354A, 376, 511 of IPC have been added at the stage of framing of charge. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The applicant has not misused the liberty granted to him and he
