The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gulfan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 522 of 2024 , under Sections- 318(4), 338, 340(2), 336(3) of B.N.S, and 3, 5A and 8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Sikandra, District-Agra , during pendency of trial. The allegation against the applicant of committing the offence under the Cow Slaughter Act. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
