The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Parvej Alias Faroo, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 101/2024, under Sections- 5/25(7) of Arms Act, Police Station- Lalkurti, District- Meerut, pendency of trial. There is allegation of making of illegal arms by the applicant. The illegal arms and the implements used in the manufacturing of the same has been recovered. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The applicant is languishing in jail since 24.10.2024. In case he is enlarged on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant by contending that the innocence of the applicant cannot be adjudged at pre
