Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Nesar Ansari and Israr Ansari, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 220 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, Police Station- Chakia, District- Chandauli, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicants that they were carrying seven bovine animals in a vehicle for the purpose of slaughtering. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicants were transporting the animals in the vehicle and one of the animal had died. The applicants have been falsely implicated in this case. They have no criminal history to their credits and are languishing in jail since 02.12.2024
