This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Anil Kumar Gaur, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 307 of 2024, under Sections 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station -Alinagar, District -Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.11.2024.
