There is allegation against the applicant of transporting five bovine animals in truck. Counsel for the applicant submits that mere transportation is not an offence. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
