Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 12.12.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.338 of 2024, under Sections 70, 351(2), 352 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kokhraj, District Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up only in the statements of the victim and the informant recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S. as an afterthought. There is no test identification parade of the applicant.
