Heard Sri Ram Milan Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.634 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Surajpur, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C. She has married the applicant. The victim by her looks seems to be major, although as per her own statement she is 16 years old. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against him. The circu
