Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.105 of 2024, under Sections 87, 137, 64(2)m B.N.S., Section 5L/6 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kapsethi, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
