By means of this application, the applicant, Harmanpreet, who is involved in Case Crime No. 327 of 2024, under Sections 190, 191(2)(3), 109(1) of B.N.S. and 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Jhinjhana, District- Shamli and is in jail since 10.09.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Vikas Alias Vikki, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 18.3.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 46395 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Vikas Alias Vikki, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and for the reasons given in the order of co-accused.
