Heard Sri Ajeet Kumar Singh, Sri Dharmendra Kumar, learned counsels for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.552 of 2024, under Sections 354, 354A, 354B, 506, 147, 323 and 376 I.P.C., Police Station Kavinagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the informant in the night of 12.06.2024 at about 3:00 a.m. when she was in deep slumber. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
