Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. None is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 553 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 351(2), 115(2), 64(Da), 127(2) B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Bannadevi, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as she had gone with the applicant all the way to Noida from Aligarh and has not raised any alarm, whatsoever, during the said sojourn. The v
