The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Sachin, with a prayer to release him on bail in case crime No.20/2024, Under Section 318(4), 336(3), 338 (2), 317 Β.N.S. & 66 I.T. Act, P.S. Cyber Crime, District Mainpuri during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing online fraud. Counsel for the applicant submits that he was arrested along with co-accused, Rajat and recovery was made from the co- accused and not from the applicant. He has criminal history of two cases which has been explained in the affidavit. The applicant is languishing in jail since 13.10.2024.
