Act, Police Station Narkhi, District- Firozabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of causing miscarriage of the victim and intentionally causing hurt on account of non-fulfill of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim suffered miscarriage on account of her physical ailment. She was got treated in hospital at Agra and then at Delhi.
