The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pushkar Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 131 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC and Section 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he is involved in online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that six accused were implicated in this case on the basis of recovery of mobile phones, one laptop, one diary and Rs.4 lacs from their possession. Co-accused, Devesh Dhakre and Ajay Kumar, have been enlarged on bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 43720 of 2024 and 44667 of 2024
