Counsel for the applicant submits that the bail application of applicant has been further rejected for committing offences under Section 29/60 N.D.P.S. Act. Bail rejection order under the aforesaid section has been filed before this Court by means of the rejoinder affidavit. Counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the prayer of the bail application during course of the day. Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Baljeet Singh Alias Sonu Mantri, who is involved in Case Crime No. 189 of 2024, under section 8/20, 29/60 of the N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Araul, District- Kanpur Dehat. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that 346 K.G. Ganja has been recovered from joint possession
