The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ankush Vardhan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366 IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Dakshin, District- Firozabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was earlier enlarged on bail on 28.5.2018 vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 20004 of 2018. His bail was cancelled because he failed to appear before the trail court only on one date. He undertakes to cooperate with the trial. He is in jail since 18.11.2024.
