Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.466 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(2), 127 (2) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 (2) POCSO Act, Police Station Saurikh , District Kannauj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
