The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mitthu Alias Rinku Rout, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 192 of 2024, under Sections- 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, and sections 319,338,340 B.N.S. Police Station- Adalhat, District- Mirzapur, pendency of trial. There is allegation of joint recovery of 255 kg. 700 gram Ganja from the possession of applicant and three other persons. The procedure of sampling of contraband has been violated. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 255 kg. 700 gram Ganja and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery. He next submitted that the mandato
