The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bholu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 557 of 2024, under Sections- 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and 303 (2) B.N.S., P.S.- Sardhana, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. Counsel for the applicant submits that he has been implicated under the provisions of cow slaughter act. Counsel for the applicant also submits that only rope was recovered from him. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
