Learned AGA informs that notice has been served on the informant but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the informant to oppose this bail application. Counter affidavit filed by learned AGA is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against the applicant that he committed obscenity with the daughter of the informant, who used to go to take coaching in the class of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the children of the informant are studying in coaching but they were not removed from the coaching by the informant. It is a case of false implication of the applicant. He is in jail since 27.09.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused; su
