The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 128 of 2024, under Sections 302 IPC, Police Station Sindhawali Ahir, District Baghpat during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is husband of the deceased and as per allegation he committed the murder of his wife but entire allegation leveled against the applicant is totally false. 5. He further submits, however, as per post mortem report deceased sustained as many as seven injuries but accidentally she sustained these injuries by falling and at the time of incident applicant was not even present in his home. 6.
