By means of this application, the applicant, Yash Gurjar, who is involved in Case Crime No. 0831 of 2024, under Sections 3(5), 326(g) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 3(a), 4/5 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908, Police Station- Majhola, District- Moradabad and is in jail since 21.09.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Gurmeet Chowdhary, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 19.2.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 46679 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Gurmeet Chowdhary, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and for the reas
