Heard Sri Byas Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shyam Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 218 of 2023, U/S 363, 366, 504, 506, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012 and 3(1)Da, Dha and 3(2)5 of S.C./S.T. Act, 1989, Police Station Vindhyanchal, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. It is stated that FIR is delayed by 13 days and there is n
