Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.344 of 2024, under Sections 64, 352, 351(2) and 67A I.T. Act, Police Station Bilariaganj, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that the applicant is stated to have taken indecent photographs and video of the victim and was black-mailing her even after marriage and subsequently made them viral on social media. The allegations are per se false. There is no recovery of photographs and video by the Investigating Officer. The victim
