The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Ritik Thakur, Rina Thakur, Sandeep Thakur and Nandu Singh, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.471 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/27(A) of N.D.P.S Act., Police Station- Jaint, District-Mathura, during pendency of trial. The co-accused, Pushpendra Alias Lal, have been enlarged on bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.45990 of 2024. The prayer for release of the applicant on bail on the ground of parity has been made. The applicant is languishing in jail since 31.08.2022. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.
