The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shubham Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0119 of 2024, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506, 452, 427, 436 IPC and 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, Police Station Airport, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that dispute took place between the parties all of sudden. Both sides have caused minor injuries to each other.
