The allegation against the applicant is that he was carrying illegal liquor to Bihar without having relevant documents. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the police on basis of planted recovery.The applicant is in jail since 8.8.2024 and has criminal history of one case to his credit, which has been explained in paragraph-20 of the bail application. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, larger mandate of the Article 21 of the Constitution of India, considering the dictum of Apex Court in the case of Dataram Singh Vs.
