Counsel for Applicant :- Mahendra Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. The allegation against the applicant is that he was carrying illegal liquor to Bihar without having relevant documents. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the police on basis of planted recovery.The applicant is in jail since 8.8.2024 and has criminal history of one case to his credit, which has been explained in paragraph-20 of the bail application. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
