This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rohit Dohare, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 224 of 2024, under Sections 109, 3(5), 221, 310 (4), 310 (5) of B.N.S., and 3/25 Arms Act, 1959, Police Station-Moth, District- Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. Applicant is languishing in jail since 07.09.2024. First Information Report has been lodged on 07.09.2024 against 5 named persons including the applicant. Criminal history of the applicant has been explained in para 3 of th
