Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 811 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is not named in the FIR. The victim seems to be major, as per her looks, and has married in the month of January, 2025. The FIR is delayed by 14 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
