There is allegation in the F.I.R against unknown person regarding offence of commission of online fraud. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R. He has been arrested by the police. He has been implicated in this case on the general allegation that he was employee of a bank and he used to open fraudulent accounts. The applicant is a bank employee and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 13.10.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
