Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 269 of 2024, U/S 147, 148, 323, 452, 376 IPC, Police Station Chiluatal, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to the informant and other family members and had outraged her modesty on 30.4.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed, as t
