Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 99 of 2021, under Sections 354, 376 I.P.C., Police Station Govind Nagar, District Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant, who is the brother-in-law of the victim, is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
