Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.530 of 2024 , under Sections 64, 74, 115(2), 333, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Sikandrarao, District Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
