The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ejaz Pathan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0113 of 2024, under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 I.P.C and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Phoolpur, District- Allahabad, during pendency of trial. The co-accused, Shamshad @ Pakanna, has been enlarged on bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.42795 of 2024. The prayer for release of the applicant on bail on the ground of parity has been made. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28. 06. 2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.
