The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Veer Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 459 of 2024, under Sections- 8c/15c N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Muradnagar, District- Ghaziabad, pendency of trial. There is allegation of recovery of 821.700 kg of doda made from the joint possession of four persons, including the applicant. Violation of procedure of sampling is alleged. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 821.700 kg of doda and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery.
