The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Smt. Kranti Alias Kiran, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 1093 of 2024, under Sections 140(2), 352, 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S. & 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District- Lalitpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of kidnapping for ransom of the victim alongwith two others. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was not named in the FIR. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motives.
