Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 242 of 2024, U/S 64(1), 351(1) B.N.S., Police Station Sinhgwali Ahir, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have forced the victim to gher and had committed rape with her, as such, the public at large heard certain noise and gathered outside the gate of the said gher. After opening the said gate, the sister-in-law (bhabhi) of the informant came out and the applicant also ran away from the said place on 7.9.2024 at about 9.00 am. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnece
