Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Chandravir Singh, who is involved in Case Crime No.294 of 2023, under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C and Sections 8/20, 60 NDPS Act, Police Station-Hariparwat, District- Agra. This is second bail application of the applicant. 200 kg ganja has allegedly been recovered from the applicant. First bail application of the applicant was rejected by coordinate bench of this court on 2.8.2024, which is not available now. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial court only two prosecution witnesses have been examined till date. Applicant is in jail since 30.06.2023.
