Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Mithlesh, who is involved in Case Crime No.251 of 2024, under Section 8/20/60 NDPS Act, Police Station-Mant, District- Mathura. 183 kg Ganja has been recovery from the applicant. Applicant claims himself to be driver carrying the goods of his employer. He is in jail since 03.11.2024. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the innocence of the applicant cannot be adjudged at pre-trial stage who is involved in supplying contraband, therefore, the applicant does not deserve any indulgence. In case the applicant is released on bail he will again indulge in similar activity.
