This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Talib seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 290 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act as well as Sections 132, 121 (1), 109, 221, 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Deoraniya, District Bareilly. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR. His name has come into light during course of investigation. There is no evidence against the applicant excep
