Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 262 of 2024, under Sections 87, 127(4), 64(1), 351(2) of BNS, Police Station - Gunnaur, District - Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim for a period of about ten days since the night of 6/7.09.2024 and the police personnel of Gunnaur, Sambhal is stated to have taken her to the police station on 16.09.2024 but did not institute the FIR. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
