Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. Counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A is taken on record. There is allegation in the F.I.R against unknown accused regarding online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the beneficiary of the amount initially was Anjali Namindla. Thereafter, the amount was transferred in the account of Rohit Vishwakarma who withdraw the amount of Rs. 3,92,000/- therefrom and which was given to his nephew, Pankaj, who is alleged to have given aforesaid cash amount to the applicant. Counsel for the applicant also submits that except the confessional statements of co-accused there is nothing against him. The applicant is in jail since 13.11.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity
