Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.432 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 127(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Puwayan, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted against unknown person by the informant regarding his missing daughter since 1.7.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
