Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 366 of 2024, U/S 65(2) B.N.S., 2023 and 5m and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Sewarhi, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have molested the minor daughter of the informant aged about 11 years on 31.10.2024 at about 6.00 pm. 5.
