Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 28.11.2024. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.M. Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 699 of 2023, under Sections 363, 323, 504, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kairana, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR itself is delayed by one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from the circumstances narrated u/s 164 Cr.P.C., whereby she has stated that she had gone with the applicant by truck all the way to Dehradun.
