Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 360 of 2024, U/S 65(1) and 351(3) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, and 3(2)(V) and 3(1)Da, Dha of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Shikarpur, District Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have dragged the victim into the sugarcane field and had committed rape with her on 13.10.2024 at about 1.00 pm. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a v
