The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Alam, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 348 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Bhutta, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that although applicant has been implicated under the provisions of Cow Slaughter Act but he was not named in the first information report nor any incriminating recovery was made from him. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
